After a long hiatus due to some nasty health issues. I got covid in winter 2023 which turned into long covid which ultimately sent me to the hospital for three weeks (July, 2023) with cardio myopathy. I spent most of the following year and until late 2025 regaining my strength and am finally feeling to be more of myself and have the energy to function. All in all, it all left me listless and with no energy. All I wanted to do was sleep. It also drained me of any creativity. All in all, it sucked.

With the help of my health team: cardiologist, doctor, acupuncture, my psychic healer, along with practicing Chi Gong and Tai Chi, I’m not totally better but probably close to 95%.
